Our individual computer-aided semen analysis solution is primarily offered for institutes having several sites (laboratories) where:

1. a solution providing for multiple user, complex access and authorization system is needed,
2. storing large number of and regular examinations carried out on several species in a structured way and in a database is indispensable,
3. the institute and its different sub-units have to comply with strict quality insurance and documentation requirements and
4. unified work and centralised coordination of the different units justifies the implementation of a common, server-based solution.

Teaching information bases

At large institutes several different information bases may be necessary to be used at the same time. We offer extended support for our clients to quickly and effectively teach these.
For your employees and laboratories working independently from each other we offer the possibility of common usage of the created or purchased information base. If needed, it is also possible to restrict the usage of the knowledge base by authorisation.

Carrying out individual examinations with knowledge bases

After teaching the appropriate knowledge bases our solution will be suitable for the effective support of other cell analysis-based researches (e.g. oocyte fructification examinations) as well. The information base is created individually, after getting acquainted with the specific examination problem.  

Integrating donor databases in other external systems – with permanent update

The donor database registered in the system can be integrated with other external (laboratory) systems according to the individual demands. During integration the harmony of the data can be ensured by the permanent (weekly, daily, hourly) updates.

Periodical and/or area-based comparison of the examination results

Results of long-term examinations with several sites can be compared either in the dimension of time or of area and thus changes arising during the period can be tracked or features characterising particular geological areas can be presented.

Integrating individual figures and statistics into the system

Upon your request the available figures and statistical figures can be extended with further individual examination dimensions to be examined or calculated in a species-specific way.

Approvals linked to examination reports

In case of demand, it is possible to attach an approval workflow to the reports of the completed examinations. During approval the compiled report can be evaluated even by several colleagues.

The supplied system is always installed and parametered individually, at the customer’s site and upon request the particular user groups are also trained.
