The purpose of this project is to support research that is relevant to the elaboration of a species independent high-reliable full automated semen analysis methodology to support the work of researchers worldwide.

The basic objective is to exploit the synergy effects implied in the information stock deriving from different researchers and research areas.

Project duration: 01.01.2012-31.12.2012

We would like you to participate in the project if you:

• are carrying out research work in the fields of semen quality analysis, cryopreservation and cryoprotectants, sperm motility evaluation, gametogenesis, artificial reproduction etc.

• are striving to achieve better methodologies and resources for your research work

• you have good quality samples (videos or images) for different species

• you wish to share your knowledge stock related to your research field with other researchers

In appreciation of your agreement to provide us with biologic samples of your research area we are ready to supply you with the results of the examinations carried out on all the submitted samples with this project.

How to apply:

If you are interested in participating in this research project please register at our website. As a registered user you can upload samples any time you wish.

What do we expect from you?

• Upload microscope images / videos of your semen research area and help us to classify them for further processing.
  
  

What you can expect from us?

• We will send you a detailed examination report after we have analysed your samples.
• We will use your samples for developing the MiBio system.
